HCP Talent is collaborating with a Long-Term Care/Rehabilitation facility (350+ beds) in Brooklyn, NY that is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor (RNS) for a full-time Day shift (8a-4p) position. ***$7,500 Sign-On Bonus***Free Parking***
Salary- $110,000 per year plus Sign on Bonus
RNS Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead interdisciplinary team in receiving all new admissions into the facility. Ensure optimal care is provided and that patients and families have a great first impression.
- Lead and problem solve any clinical and administrative emergencies that arise on the tour.
- Support staff through education and leadership. Hold staff accountable when necessary.
- Act on behalf of the leadership team providing great coaching and customer service to patients, families, visitors, and staff.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Valid NYS RN License
- 2+ Year of Nursing Experience is Required
- 1+ Year Experience in Long-Term Care required
